If sound bytes could be President.

It seems to me that if we looked at the key sound bytes from the three Presidential debates, the absolute winner would be the incumbant, President Obama. The way a candidate looks and conducts himself on television has been the most important factor in a presidential election since the 1960 campaign with Nixon and Kennedy duking it out for control of the White House. Nixon you'll remember was the better debater during that campaign but the TV cameras showed a pale a sweaty Republican candidate who was not comfortable with cameras.
Now here we are in the 2012 election with Obama and "Mittins" Romney trading quips that have gone vial in cyber space and those are the voters that both parties are trying to engage to get to the polls on November 5. Between Romeny's misstep with "Binders full of Women" and now the "Horses and Bayonets" retort from Obama in last night's 3rd debate, the potential underground vote should go in Obama's favour.
Politicans are always debating the facts and explaining why they should be president. But, this is a populaity contest plain and simple. And when you're debating between facts of 2 trillion dollar cuts to medicare or 3.5 trillion dollar add ons to the military budget with trillions of dollars in tax breaks, your confusing 95% of voters. That's why it becomes this popularity contest and Obama has the clear advantage in this race.
FYI: I would be voting for Obama if I were a U.S. citizan. Who would you be voting for?
